In 2010 a dear friend of mine, Sandie Brown, died from dengue fever. Sandie was a ray of sunshine that sparkled brighter than the caribbean sun. She was one of the best parts of Caneel Bay Resort in St John, where we lived – and everyone, guests and celebrities from around the world, knew her and loved her.
After Sandie passed away I became Facebook “friends” with her sisters and her mom. I’ve been posting pictures of Ova Obsessive as I’ve worked on it and yesterday, when I posted a final picture I received this message, from Sandie’s sister:

I then got CC’d on the following message that Christie sent to her Mom and her Sister, Jamie:
